A busy day, interrupted by rain on site with the maximum amount of preparation and planning for tomorrow's adventure.
Silo caps were set early and well by Butch and Jose, while we worked the perimeter.
Entry bent assembled on top of Bent 4, post feet mapped; looking sharp.
The smiths gave us three good hands and we set and epoxied and precisely located the armatures that will support the entry bent and the approach art. We got to use some of those fine Hilti tools and products, and by now should have achieved over 10,000 pounds of tensile strength and 5,500 pounds of shear, pretty much assuring us that no one will be stealing this building.
